Recorded fall / winter 1996-7 at Doghouse Studio and Funks Coffee Shop in Baltimore Maryland, and at Skeeters Place Chicago Illinois

The BONUS TRACKS (not on the original cassette) are from the same reel as "I Fly", recorded January 1997 at the Doghouse Studio with Mary Knott playing drums, maracas, and harmonica on "More Noise". "Wedding Gift" was released in 1999 on the "Peep Show" CD, and "More Noise" is the unedited version of the CD "Less Talk - More Noise" version.
